The Team

Dr. Richardson, DNP,  works hard to make each medical visit feel personal. She understands busy lives and the value of healthcare on the go. Dr. Richardson believes that clients can be seen in person, and virtually, after the first visit, for medication. She is well-versed in Primary Care, Mental Health, and Addiction treatment. Dr. Richardson, DNP decided to expand her knowledge and has developed a special interest in Clinical Nutrition, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, and is drawn to the holistic approach of using a person’s individual genetic makeup, combined with lifestyle to reverse chronic illness and prevent future problems.  

A native of Indianola, Mississippi, Nieasha is married to her college sweetheart. When she is not taking care of patients, Nieasha enjoys being a Cheer mom, show choir mom, basketball mom and swim team mom.

Dr. Richardson, DNP is a proud Alum of Mississippi Valley State University, IUPUI's School of Nursing, Ball State University and Maryville University. 

Dr. Dianne Martin is a psychiatrist in Indianapolis, Indiana and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Ascension St. Vincent Hospital and Community Hospital North. She received her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 40 years.
